Getting Web Services to Work on IIS 7

After switching to a new server, my Web Services did not work.  It did not recognize the .svc extension.

Running this command from a command prompt fixed my problem:

"%WINDIR%\Microsoft.Net\Framework\v3.0\Windows Communication Foundation\ServiceModelReg.exe" -r
